The bottom line…
The Watson Micro-forest team is committed to transparency and accountability and will periodically publish our financial information here for public viewing. Our financial accounts are being managed by a qualified and experienced accountant and local Watson resident who has kindly volunteered her time for this project.
The Watson Micro-forest campaign exceeded expectations to raise almost $53,000. This was a great achievement and a testament to our incredible community. Nonetheless, we always envisaged some grant funding to help achieve all of our goals. We are applying for grants now and will advise of outcomes as they are announced.
